I have worn this perfume for 10 years, but this bottle is either fake or very out of date stock. I have never smelt a Jo Malone product that smelt so wrong. Staff at Jo Malone David Jones agreed with me when they smelt it.
Repeated attempts via email to the company were ignored or replied to asking for photos of the bottle and long reply times. They are using diversionary tactics to get me to go away. I have reported them to ACCC who advised I am not the only one.
this perfume is either fake or very old. I have worn this scent for over 10 years and this would be my 5th bottle. it does not smell like it should. Staff at David Jones Jo Malone agree with me. I want a refund but this company is using diversionary tactics to avoid refunding me.
This is a cologne I share with my husband and it smells amazing on both of us
